At ElitesFund, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our trading evaluation services, our refund policy is structured to maintain fairness and prevent abuse.
2. Evaluation Account Refunds
Refunds for evaluation accounts are subject to the following conditions:
- No trading activity has occurred on the account
- Request is made within 24 hours of purchase
- Technical issues prevented account access
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After trading activity has commenced
- Violation of trading rules
- Failed evaluation attempts
- Change of mind after account activation
4. Processing of Refunds
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount is returned to the original payment method
- Processing fees may be deducted
5. Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:
- Extended platform downtime
- Billing errors
- Other circumstances at management discretion
